| Q: When I buy from a merchant that offers PGuardian’s
payment solution, what does it mean that my payments become 'private'?

| A: It means that nobody – not even the merchant, your bank
or even PGuardian, knows what and where you are buying. |

| Q: What payment methods can be used?
|
| A: Practically all payment methods are accepted, and in
particular, all credit cards. Other payment methods include debit cards,
personal checks and wire transfers. |

| Q: So, how much do I have to pay for this?
|
| A: Nothing. The end-user is not charged any fees for
PGuardian’s service. |

| Q: I have personalized accounts with merchants such as
Amazon and Yahoo. Can I keep using that information and customization with
PGuardian’s payment solution? |
| A: If you wish so, yes. Our technology is compatible with
content personalization and preferences, at discretion of the end-user.

| Q: Hum, can your competitors do the same?
|
| A: No. Other companies in the field will not protect your
privacy with respect to credit card companies or your bank. Furthermore, they
will only work with a few select payment methods, and in particular with few,
specific credit cards (e.g., issued by a specific, partner bank). |

| A: No - PGuardian can work both as a stand-alone
application on your servers, but also in coordination with your existing
ecommerce solutions, and, in particular, your existing payment application.

| Q: With PGuardian’s solution, can I continue to offer my
customers personalized accounts and logins? |
| A: That is entirely up to you and your customers. You can
go on using customer accounts, and send targeted information, for all your
customers who choose to use such accounts. |
